Need help with a vehicle system

I am working on a vehicle creation system for my game - Nexus D20 and I am a little stuck. I can't figure out what to charge for weapns in my game. This is what I have so far so you can have a reference pont.

Any thoughts or feedback?

[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif] Vehicles are a large type of gear. They are either purchased in vehicle points, taken, or assigned. If the vehicle is assigned to you then you don't have to pay for it here but you can only take it on missions that you are sent on. If you find a vehicle there is no reason for the GM to let you keep it. However if you pay for it in points then it will be considered a part of your personal gear and the GM should let you have access to it most of the time. [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif] You can also have a vehicle that has magical traits. Moderate magical vehicles can only take moderate magical traits. You have to have a high magic vehicle to add high magic traits. [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif] Most magical traits are high mana but some are moderate mana. If the vehicle goes from a high mana level to a moderate level then high mana traits will shut down. Then they will return when it returns to a high mana area. If it goes into a low or no mana zone then it will shut down until taken into at least a moderate mana zone. [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif] Some vehicles have an independent mana source. They don't depend on the surrounding mana level. However if the vehicle goes into a low or no mana zone then no magical effects can leave the vehicle. This means that no magical weapons or sensors will work. [/FONT]

Targeting Systems
Targeting systems are listed similarly to sensors. The Targeting System's Class determines it's general abilities.

It uses huge numbers of targeting sensors to lock on to a target but may only a trained level Gunnery operator firing them. [/FONT]

They are computer controlled and operate either automatically or require confirmation from the crew in certain cases. WOW. That is complex. I can't say I understand it all, but you tend to want more weapons then you do armor, assuming they can't shoot them at at once, so something like make weapons 1/2 or 1/4 the cost of armor. Weapons are fun and it's nice to have a few options when making an attack.

Try this, garrowolf: put yourself in-game as three different people. Consumers, if you will: the wealthy mercenary company shareholder, the small-army financial officer, and the endangered-community leader. They each have different motivations when deciding what to pay for vehicles and vehicle options, but you might be able to decide what the market will bear by looking at what each would pay for each item or finished product.
