Warblade Help.

Master of Nine isn't worth the massive list of (often bad) feats required to enter. The deigners themselves thought so, as if you look at the sample Mo9, he doesn't actually have all of the pre-req feats himself! :)

Especially Improved UA on a Spiked Chain wielder. Although, I do pick most of the feats up as Warblade Bonus feats.

Master of Nine isn't a class you work in, it is something you work for. As what was said feats aren't worth it, it also is a lot of prerequisites to qualify. The class itself seems to claim option fluidity with maneuvers but it demands massive dipping in all areas. It will only mess up with what you are working for.

I understand. Based on what I qualify for at first level, I've got EWP: Spiked Chain, and Power Attack. At 3rd, I'll pick up Mage Slayer, and for the 5th level bounus feat, Improved Initiative. I'd pick up Stand Still at 6th. What do people think of the Swordsage Dip? I pick up a few more maneuvers+a stance, and then shift in to the two levels of EWP Master, which sounds good to me.

I think if you're actually playing the character 1-20, you are better dipping swordsage and forgetting the capstone warblade ability.

I am forgetting the capstone ability. i'll only be going up to it's 17th level with the build that I might use as above.

Well taking a crusader, even though it doesn't get as many maneuvers, frees up two feats, after all you want thicket of blades. So, taking a weapon focus(spiked chain) you still get one more, that is of course if you want to take my idea previously.

Where would you put Crusade? Currently, it's Warblade 17/ Sword Sage 1/ EWP Master 2, although I'm not sure where to fit those 3 levels.I do fancy the idea of Swordsage's extra maneuvers, and access to the most schools

Do it instead of the Swordsage, remember Swordsage doesn't get devoted spirit maneuvers and Thicket of Blades is in devoted spirit. Also as I said it does free up a feat.
