I was wondering I am making a 7th lv rogue/10th lv warlock and I have a scimatar of speed when I use hideous blow do my sneak attack/EB and scimatar damage stack? Also with speed do I get to do all the damage over or only the 1st hit and just scimatar damage the other attacks?

Yes they stack.

No you do not get the do all the damage over again because Scimitar of Speed gives you one extra attack, and Hideous Blow requires a Standard Action to perform. You would still get Sneak Attack however.

Yep, the scimitar is no help whatsoever, because you need to do a Full Attack to gain the advantage, but then you cannot use Hideous Blow.

Note, that you also need to have one hand free (somatic component for invocations) and provoke an attack of opportunity (unless you use the spell-like ability on the defense, which should be no problem at that level ) with Hideous Blow.
