I was thinking about making a spy/foil npc for my campaign, and I thought up this:

Undeniable Beauty (immediate interrupt, when Mierianna is targeted by a melee attack; at-will)
+5 vs Will against the attacker; the attacker must target a different creature, or end its attack.
Step through the Mists (move;

) Teleportation
Teleport 5 squares. She gains +2 power bonus to all defenses until the end of her next turn.
Shadow Walk
If Mierianna moves at least 3 squares from where she started, she gains concealment until the end of her next turn
Warlock's Curse (minor; at-will, once per round)
Curse nearest target. If Mierianna damages a cursed target, the target takes +1d6 damage. This damage can be dealt only once per round. If a cursed target is reduced to 0 hit points or below, Step through the Mists instantly recharges, and she can use it as a free action.
Alignment Unaligned Languages Common, Elven
