I wonder at the power level of letting every ally in presence Disengage, and get a damage bonus if the move and then hit something on their turn?

Also, would risky manuever be appropriate as a level 2 ki ability?

it was a daily in 4e ... level 1 compares to a level 5 in 5e terms or a wizards level 3 spell.

Additionally the extra charge on your turn was no bonus damage just a single atack

Or you could charge X Ki per ally and up the total number of allies possibly affected at level intervals...

@Garthanos - or just damage and no extra attack. Less synergy shenanigans that way. The bonus damage is even no matter who uses it though, whereas an extra attack varies widely in its impact. Something to consider anyway.

The everybody do bonus damage this in 4e is an at-will might cost an extra attack but no ki 5e translated ... and the other a big boosted resource yes that I might charge an extra attack plus ki
