And spiked chain monkey is likely a subset of area control.

Another category: spell-swords (the various mixtures of warrior and magic-use).

The tactician- any rogue/warrior combo who does his damage with AoO's, sneak attacks, flanking, etc.

There's also the animal handler/trainer archetype that fights with dogs, eagles, wolves, or other more exotic creatures.
