We use it in the way that you can grow any natural weapons that are on table 5-1 in the back of the MM ... my warshaper in his dire lion shape also has an extra gore and tail attack

If you allow all natural weapons to be used it gets absurd ... you would get like 10 tentacle attacks (from octupus), with 6 or more claw attacks, bite, gore, tail, wing attacks ... etc ... etc
