If you mean the spicy sausage (chorizo), oddly enough it's pretty common here in France. Probably not quite the same thing, though. It takes the place of pepperoni on pizzas.

Yes, it's spicy sausage, but it's a particular variety. Here, if you can find chorizo, it's the Mexican version, and it tastes nothing like proper (Portugese, I think) chourice.

City-State of the Invisible Underwear?

That seems to be the place where I live. I can rarely see the underwear of others.

(Actually, due to current fashion trands - or distates/bad wardrobe - that is not as true as I like in some cases. But in some cases, it is unfortunately very true).

So I propose I want to live in the City State of the visible underwear. (But only if it's like 25-30° degree Celsius there)

Just FYI (for your information), you really should include a verb in a sentence in which you complain about sentence fragments. Did you mean "count", perchance?

Well, not exactly page count with the electronic distribution. More like, if I'm going to pay for it, and I get a finite amount of content each month, I'd rather that I not pay for this article and that instead they use the money to hire someone I look forward to reading. I don't doubt that they are limited in the amount of content they can produce by the workload of the editors, the costs of employing writers, etc. If the inclusion of this article means that something else is getting the axe (more OOTS comics, for example), I'd rather they lose it.

Whether or not an article like this belongs in Dragon is a different manner, but meh. I'm fine with it there!

I'm shocked that people are complaining in the particular way they're complaining. Some of the complaints are so far outside the realm of the reasonable that I find it difficult to believe that they're honest opinions rather than best efforts at attacking the article for some perceived offense.

I agree entirely. If you dislike the article, fine, but I find it hard to believe that people dislike it for some of the reasons given here.

I'm fine with the contractions and with the article being, in essence, a blog entry. I enjoyed reading it, it relates to D&D, and, as others have pointed out, it isn't taking up precious pages in a paper magazine, so what's the problem? I'm from the US, but I'm not offended when I read articles that utilize Canadian, British, or Australian speaking conventions, especially when the article was intended to be informal and personal.
