Weapon Enchantements

I have some questions on Weapon enchantemetns.
Would you say that you can put Holy and bane Evil on the same Weapon?
Next one is about Bane Magic or bane Magic user. Does this work on all creatures that use arcane Magic?
Would it work on a devil or demon which has SU magic abilities?

To the best of my knowledge there is no just Bane vs Evil. Holy by nature is Bane vs Evil. However you could stat Holy with say Bane vs Evil Outsiders.

I also don't believe there is a Bane vs Magic or Bane vs Magic User either. Though were there a Bane vs. Magic User that would work vs. any individual with the capacity to cast a spell without the use of a device producing the spell. This would include Spell Like Abilities, Supernatural Abilities since they are magical in nature, and any Spell Caster.
