is there any slashing double reach weapon? if not, is there any spell or property to apply all these to a weapon?

I don't think I have ever seen a double weapon with reach. Something about how you have to "handle" a reach weapon and a double weapon seems to me to be contrary to combing the two. I mean if it is a double weapon then you have basically cut its reach in half by holding it in the middle in the first place.

There may be a way around it though. Not knowing things by heart it may be iffy rules wise but you could try:
A dragon mag months had polearms and feats, reproduced in Dragon Annual 1 (which is what 5 years old now?). One allowed you to use the other end of a polearm as a bludgeoning weapon.
Strongarm bracers in the Magic Item compendium allows the use of a weapon as if you are one size category larger.
