D DNH First Post Aug 4, 2011 #1 I do have this right, don't I? In 4e, you can use weapons that you are not proficient in but you will not gain that weapon's proficiency bonus. Only, I don't appear to be able to equip a rogue with a crossbow in the DDi CB. Any thoughts?
