Werebadgers in Forgotten Realms?

Hi,
I seem to recall a werebadger enemy in one of the adventures in the "Silver Marches" book for Forgotten Relams. I liked this guy a lot so I was looking forward to incorporate this kind of werecreatures in other campaigns, but unfortunately I can't seem to find it in the MM (but it might be that I'm blind...). So, has anyone seen a write-up of this kind of werecreature anywhere else? Preferably an official source...

You know the MM 3.5 gives rules to make any werecreature you like right? The only thing it doesn't provide is the alignment.

Actually, it has some suggestions.

Any. Noble creatures such as bears, eagles, and lions tend to produce good-aligned lycanthropes. Sinister creatures such as rats, snakes, and wolves tend to produce evil-aligned lycanthropes. This is a reflection of how these animals are perceived, not any innate quality of the animal itself, so the alignment of the animal form can be arbitrarily assigned.
