Would this be even worth it?

I was thinking of making 3 forms
Human: normal human stats
Hybrid: +4 to Str, +2 to Dex, -2 to cha, -2 to Int
Wolf: as per the polymorph spell

Changing between forms takes two rounds

Double damage from silver, is unable to cast any spells with verbal or somatic components in hybrid and wolf forms, gains a claw and bite attack in hybrid and wolf forms but loses the ability to hold weapons and objects in hands/paws, no extra feat and skill progression as per humans

First off is there something wrong with the template? It seemed to do the job.

THe race you have isn't bad. What purpose are they serving? Can they pass on the curse of lycanthropy to others? Or are you doing away with that and just making a race that has two forms?

I wanted to do a wolf only modification for the "hengeyokai" race from OA that gave more of an beast feel for the hybrid form.

This would be a heridatary version of lycanthropy that could not be transmitted by bite or claw.
