D&D 5E WH40K Harlequin as a Rogue Archetype or something

Greetings
Due to the many games I have played this far, and the last ones have been already somewhat mixed with different creations (Witcher, LotR etc.) or gotten stong influence in general buildup in the worldmaking and class options... Anyhow, I just started to wonder and step by step getting more amazed by WH40K franchise and therefore decided to make a try at Homebrewing my own class, as the titel tells. The only thing is, if you are familiar with WH, that the Harlequins excist solely to destroy forces of Chaos (Devils, Demons, Void creatures in DnD I quess). In my homebrew, this is missing. So if you ever read this, and have bashed my generated ideas to acceptable powerlevel, do you think this class option would be acceptable next to the usual PHB (and official additions)? And what, if at all, should I do with the Chaos part.
