You can get most advanced classes in the MSRD (d20 Modern SRD) available on WotC website.

The advanced classes are:
1) Soldier, Martial Artist, Gunslinger, Infiltrator, Daredevil, Bodyguard, Field Scientist, Techie, Field Medic, Investigator, Personality, and Negotiator.
2) Shadow Slayer, Occultist, Telepath, Battlemind, Mage, and Acolyte.

The classes from the second list are classes of magic or psionic users, optional, and not included in the MSRD (unless it was updated?).

Let's not forget the Prototype series of Adnvanced Classes: Freelancer, Spirit of Vengeance, Urban Saint, Gun Priest, Neo-Ninja, Professional Killer, Dauntless, Displaced, Troubleshooter, Sorcerer Supreme, and The Wronged.

Adamant has some great Pulp-flavored classes as well: Paragon, Mastermind, Mad Scientist, G-Man, Air Ace, Rocket Ranger, Ace Reporter, Gumshoe, Noble Savage, Mesmerist, and Man of Mystery.

There is a new AdCl from The Le Game called Unorthodox Cheerleaders that has gotten some good reviews, though the very subject matter isn't right for my games.

Alternate Realities Productions has a series called: Modern Kyuujinjouhoushi that has good decent AdCl's: The Average Joe, The Kowloon Gun God, Action Hero, Gunfight Disciple, Junk Man, and the Street Fighter.

There are a lot more on RPGNOW.com. IMO, that's the best place to go to find all sorts of good supplements for D20 Modern.

There were some advanced and prestige classes in the (woefully incomplete) Digital Burn hardcover (an attempt to do CyberPunk d20).

Advanced Classes:
The Blank, Cop, Fixer, Ganger, Hacker, Icon, Medico, Merc, Spanner.

Prestige Classes:
Black Ops, Cyborg, Made Man

I'm also a fan of the classes in the Haven d20 book from LPJDesign.

Let's not forget the AdCl's from D20 Past either: Explorer, Musketeer, Shaman, Sorcerer, Flying Ace, Scientist, and Gangster. (There may be a few more, but those are the ones I remember off the top of my head.)

And the AdCs from Sidewinder: Recoiled: Bounty Hunter, Brave, Desperado, Grifter, Gunslinger, Maverick, Mountain Man, Pony Soldier, Preacher, Professor, Pugilist, Rifleman, Rustler, Sawbones, Scout, Showman, Soldier, Tin Star, and Wrangler.

There's also a fair chunk in our Martial Avengers book:

Ace pilot, All American, Assassin (in a Leon sense), Athlete, Exemplary Hero (doc savage type), Lightning fist (martial artist), Pro-wrestler, Racing Driver, Shotgun Joe, Street Brawler, Street Cop (dirty harry), Stunt Driver, Transporter (diff from one in Modern Player's HB), and Vigilante (the punisher).

Cheerio,

Ben
