What are the best names for characters that you've heard?

In a reverse dungeon, I played 3 goblins named Bud, Wei, and Zurr (he couldn't spell well).

My favorite two names though were Wippit Guud - go figure (gnome thief) and Sukkit Dowwen (goblin thief). Both 2e, so thief is the class.

See sig :D I usually spend some time thinking up my character's names. I'm pretty proud of them, I guess.

edit: I think Caramon is a name from a Dragonlance novel maybe? I just want to say I had never heard/read that name before I used it myself.

For a gnome, the best I ever saw was Iolus "Inky" Flintflindercandle.

One player in my game is a big language nut, so her Nordic-esque character's name had to be spelled phonetically. Hræðelgeu Beorning

I love puns, but I *HATE* pun names in a serious game of D&D. Detest them.

Someone in my game once had a gnome named Arminster Fogminder. It was a fine name.

On a lighter note -

Tenpenny Toekiller was a halfling of no small repute.

I also stole a name from Alien Legion - Jugger Grimrod for my bounty hunter.
