non-fiction wise I'm reading "The Right Nation" by Adrian Wooldridge and John (whos last name I could never spell). An interesting non-partisan look at the conservative movement and the Republican Party.

Fiction wise I'm reading the "War of the Ancients" trilogy, which is acceptable... but realy only a placeholder until the next Horus Heresy book arrives from England.

If you get a chance, check out Ellroy's "The Big Nowhere", the sequel to "The Black Dahlia". As much as I liked "Dahlia" and “L.A. Confidential”, I liked "The Big Nowhere" even more. One of the 3 main characters in the book is Turner "Buzz" Meeks, one of my favorite anti-heroes in all of literature. “The Big Nowhere” is also introduces Dudley Smith, one of my favorite villains in all of literature.

Thanks for the recommendation. I've got a lot of other books on my plate right now, but I'll throw that one on there, too.

Finished "The Mothman Prophecies" by John Keel a bit ago. Many interesting ideas, although he needs to get over his sterotyping of "standard" UFO enthusists, and his idea that every belief system in the world is an illusion..most of it fits right into my own thinking tho.

So far in June, I've managed to re-read Dune, and I finished several other novels: Resurrection by Steve Alten, Map Of Bones by James Rollins, and A Fistful Of Charms by Kim Harrison. Next up for new reading is Black Wind by Clive Cussler.

I'm also going through Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan series again. I've finished Patriot Games, and just started The Hunt For Red October.
