What are you thankful for?

Since it is nearly Turkey Day here in the US what is everyone Thankful For?

I' ll go first since I kinda started this....



A kind lovin' wife whom has grown much in the time we have been together

Two wonderful kids whom don't let the world get them down

A dog whom in old age is having trouble with the stairs but will still always wag his tail when you come home

an old cat whom just knows when you need a purr and a catnap...

and a new kitten whom reminds us to play hard and often alone with those naps

still having my health despite my history

just being here in general

and for folks like you whom put up with my ups and downs.

I'm a bit late to the party, but:

My family, my mother especially; she's my rock.

My new job. I was out-of-work for so many months. Granted this was self-inflicted, but still; it feel so good to work, be needed, and valued again.

Fantasy, or most good fiction in general, for giving us worlds to explore.

Our armed service men and women who put their country's need above their own. I thank them.
