What dice would you like to see made?

I have a d12 like that, but I'm pretty sure it isn't by Crystal Caste. It's opaque black with white Roman numerals I,II,III,IV three times. So they're out there, somewhere...

It was given to me, so I don't know where to get more. I can try to find out.

That would be cool to own. Are there any online shops that sell these obscure dice that anyone knows of? I usually go to Morrus' store here, rolplayer.com or taloncomics. Are there any other reliable ones?

bone - exist as d6's (I have quite a few)
wood - I have d4, d6, d8 and d10's
gold - gold-plated polyhedrals exist
platinum - don't exist AFAIK
fossilized amber - exist as d6's (I have quite a few) - with a perhistoric mosquito in it - I think they exist, but I don't have one
fine china - porcelain ones exist
meteorite - exist as polyhedrals d4 to d20. They were made by Crystal Caste
ivory - exist as d6's
plus i would like a plush set of d20's - don't exist, but I know someone's who might make some

We often use candy hearts, m&m's, skittles, or something similar to represent hordes of monsters on the battle mat, with the stipulation that you have to eat the monsters you kill.


This has naturally led to the proposal of "death D&D," with shots of alcohol in place of the monsters. We haven't been brave enough to try it yet, but Death Chess is pretty fun....and Hero Quest makes a damn fine drinking game.
