D&D General What do I do with these giants and dwarves?

Perhaps giants don't see tinys as the same as them? They are barely worth notice, tiny might have intelligence, but they are not giants, hence they are not do consideration.

Yes, in today's understanding, such is bad and perhaps evil, but their is no malice in such thoughts, just ignorance or a very narrow world perspective. Perhaps evil, perhaps not. Depends on how you define such things in your setting.

so stoic lawful evil giants squishing humanoids is it?

I squish spiders for fear they might bite me. Or climb in my mouth while I sleep.

Who can understand why a spider does what it does? Better kill it just in case.

Maybe the giant myth says that humans were Giants cursed to be small and weak, and the only way to remove the curse is to transfer it to another giant, which they can do by bite or spitting in your mouth.
Or they have heard that humans in the grand cities have build white thrones on which they defecate, and they make them out of - or they at least look like - Giant tooth. In the wilderness, they will seek out sleeping Giants to do what they can do in the cities, or steal Giant tooth so they can sell them on the markets.
