What do you recommend for the Xbox 360?

So am I the only person who can't play Bioshock without getting screaming headaches? Some FPSs just seem to drive an Icepick in my brain.

I am curious what about the game made this happen? I get drowsy to the typical hypnotic music fractal screen savers. They literally send me into heavy half-dream states.
