The mechanics look good so far, aside from minor nitpicking. The 'fluff', not so much, but that's going to get scrapped for Eberron fluff anyway, so not such a big deal.

Need more input.

Players being useful and more durable? Cool.

Monsters being designed around function and not using same rules as players? Different setting assumptions? Demons and devils reworked from the ground up? M'eh.

-System looks playable, but I haven't seen anything that made me go "WoW", and a few of the MMORPG inspired rules are a real departure from how I like to play.
-Setting concept looks intriguing and I want to hear more
-The digital focus of 4E still worries me, and I see the game becoming really expensive

Need more info

Between SW Saga and Bo9S, I like the new edition's "bibliography".

I like what I've heard of the motivations behind their design process.

Haven't seen anything terrible yet.

Looks good so far.

Looks very good for the most part, with one potentially deal-breaking change (the apparently even greater difficulty of using monsters as PCs).

Definitely an overall improvement on 3.5, but I'll need more info to determine how it stacks up to Star Wars Saga Edition.

There are far too many unanswered questions.

While some stuff sounds great, it remains to be seen how well it will be executed. For instance, I loved the ideas and most of the mechanics of Bo9S, but I hated how the book was organized and some of the powers had gaping holes in them that a rules lawyer could drive a truck through.

So like many I'm cautiously optimistic.

I voted "looks good so far"....but would've voted "looks great". I'm impressed
that although we've only see a few tidbits I like everything revealed so far.

Nice touch putting the Diaglo option as one of the poll choices :)

So far, it sounds terrible to me. From my point of view, they have only done the following right:

1. addressing the Christmas Tree Syndrome"
2 addressing leveling so that characters don't increase in power exponentially
3. Removal of Exp cost to cast certain spells or create items

Everything else including solutions to problems that I felt needed to be changed have been handled in a manner that I do not like.
