Let's see, when was the last time I had to describe a healing potion...
I guess it was in one of my books, not a campaign, since our DM was evil and we never saw a healing potion (although I guess it wasn't too bad; I lasted a year and just realized that now...).
A healing potion (what level was never defined, although it was probably low) comes from a Pharmacists (sp?) and is a light blue in color with a pearly-sheen. It has the consistancy of Ranch Dressing and tastes blue. Or at least that was how the bard/assassin describing the taste put it, and he ought to know, he's had to drink enough of them over the years.
Unfortunatly, the voices in my head who are able to speak to this issue are all smart a$$es and won't give me a better answer.
