What does 'Co-ordinated Shot' from Heros of Battle do?

I have a solution to your campaign rule problem. If people want to introduce a book into the campaign, they must let you borrow it for like... a week or 2 weeks, so that you get the gist. After said time, you decide what to allow or not, and also they have to bring said book every session, let you borrow it over the weekend, etc (so badguys can use stuff in it too).

Did that. The problem was a player who constantly changed his mind about things, usually after having been beaten in someway. Disturbed the game enough with just the changes he wanted, but then I'd have to dig through creative interpretations as well (torpedos are ranged attacks, so I can deflect them with this BO9S abilitiy, etc). Hard to do when he conveniently forgets the book.

The rule made my life much easier. Since I seem to have the second most quantity of books in the group (I work at my FLGS; YAY DISCOUNT!!!) it seems to work for everyone else.

I have been known to make some exceptions. The improved IUS feat in BO9S is one of them.
