Batman is a great character but by no means does he have a 'normal' psychology.
No, it doesn't. But there's a very, very large distance between "normal psychology" and "sociopath." Batman is
not a sociopath. His actions on numerous occasions, such as his risking his life for his enemies, is not just not sociopathic, but is exactly the opposite.
