What fun thing have you done this year with D&D?

i also ran A4 In the Dungeons of the Slave Lords as a one shot using OD&D(1974) rules back in November. i'll run another of the tournament modules this coming November too.

This year was a bit of a milestone year for my gaming.

I've actually participated in a campaign that has lasted three years and is going strong. And got to play in Dark Sun for the first time. Pretty cool actually.

Not a lot. My third child was born in late Feb this year, so D&D has been put on the sidelines for now. We did get to a nice stopping point in the Age of Worms campaign before that, so the game wasn't left totally hanging at least.

I did get to play in the first session of a 3.5E Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil campaign that one of the players in my group is running while I am on baby leave. That was the first time I'd gotten to play as a PC, rather than a DM in several years, so that was nice.

I'm afraid I haven't been able to game much this year.
The only D&D stuff I've done has been:
1. A Game of Basic D&D I played with my best friend
2. Listening to OSR podcasts
3. Watching WOTC actual plays of 5E games on Youtube
4. Neverwinter online


I wish my old gaming group could get together more but we can't so.....just the 1 game so far.
