Assuming PirateCat didn't move, he's probably working at Helixe in Burlington. They are the only THQ studio in the area to my knowledge, and they make gameboy games. Their two DS games are "Cars" and "The Incredibles" so it wouldn't shock me if he is working on another movie game. (Most of their GBA games are licenses also)
