Also if it gives you a move action, then you could trade it in for a minor action and get some healing in, or really any other minor action you have.
Seems pretty useful to me, and in the 4th ed moving around can have an enormous impact on the combat, based on the movement alone.

I agree this is the weakes tof the CV feats. We will see more though Can't wait for a 'Sword of Bahamut, or Breath of Bahamut (for dborn pally's)

This. Yeah, the flanking thing is cool and fun and all (or the well-timed retreat), but the serious awesome is being able to go, "The dragon used an AP to make an extra breath attack?" "Yes?" "Cool, I move away from it."

I think that can be more handy at times than turning undead.
