Are you going to http://pandius.com as opposed to https://pandius.com as suggested above? When I use the http protocol, I go to the Pandius site. When I use https, I go to the Alaskan law-related assistance site.View attachment 310437View attachment 310436

yes, and it still does not work.

Your browser may be automatically overriding the connection and forcing you to go the HTTPS site.
What browser are you using? Can you try another browser?
Do you have any browser plugins?
Do you get any security alert messages when trying to go to http://pandius.com ?
If not, it is possible you chose to proceed before and your browser is remembering your choices, taking you to the HTTPS site. Again, a different browser or a Private Browsing/Incognito session might get around this.
