What happened?

Raven will sneak back to look for a something to make a bridge with.

Ok, so Raven and Lathasrion get back, tellyou they found a pit trap and are looking for a suitable log or tree to use for a bridge. Everyone roll search who's going to look for it.

Raven doesn't prove very adept at finding logs in the woods.

More seriously, since finding berries/food in the woods is Survival rather than Search, would it make sense to allow a Survival roll to find wood? It makes sense that someone who knows how to survive in the wild would know the best way to get usable wood out of a particular terrain )

Actuall, Raven does find a suitable log in the ground, it will take some pulling and is covered by some brush but it should suffice.

(OOC: Siobhan rolls a 7, so she gets 20 on Survival to find good wood. If she finds separate wood from Raven, she'll prefer the use of her own because she trusts hers to be sturdy)

Raven eyes the logs. Dragging a log to the enemy's door will eliminate any chance off surprise they might get. Raven herself could get past the pit without any trouble, but she's not interested in going in there alone. Even so, would everyone have to balance while walking across a log? Perhaps she could help. For now, the log would have to do.

Raven will help pulling whatever log seems best suited towards the door. She asks Seat as they work, "Are these things dumb? Maybe they really can't plan a proper defense."
