What happened?

"Will they burn?" asks Raven? "I don't think so. This will be bloody work, and I'm suspicious; they seem bigger on the inside than on the outside. I don't think these creatures will be coming out to battle us. Let's pursue the others."

ok so what is the party doing?

Stulgar nods, "I agree, let's get moving."

"Fair enough" the elf shrugs. "You can't live forever."
Latharion once again takes point, carefully checking for traps.

Lily follows along, grateful they aren't playing with the large pimply things.

As you make your way toward the big hole you hear lots of snorting and loud crunching sounds and screams very similar to the ones you heard in battle coming from within the big antechamber you are about to enter.

 

[Manzanita]

"The hostages may be in danger! Let's move!" Raven surges ahead.

Ok then.... Raven as you surge in you see a small orb with 6 eye stalks on it eating one of the resin creatures the weasel is laughing. on the ground you see the bodies of a few half elves and orcs writhing as resin is gathering on them.
