What hasn't been done?

Well, I think most genres (well, most genres that we would actually want to play) have been covered.

But, in terms of rules, I'm still waiting for a fully detailed trading system - so the PCs could act as merchants in between adventures (or during their travels between adventure locations). Example: "Well, we are PCs who are privateers, and since we own this ship and are going to City X anyways, let's take some cargo and make a bit of money while we're at it." Okay... what cargo? How much can they purchase? How much will it cost? What bonuses do they get if they are buying products at a location that has noted that these goods are "exports"? When they get to their destination, how much can they sell? At what price? What bonuses do they get if they have x ranks in Bluff? Or x ranks in Profession (merchant)? What bonuses do they get if they are selling goods at a location that has noted that these goods are "imports"?

Example #2: PCs are guarding a merchant caravan on their adventure. Said merchant caravan gets wiped out, with the PCs victorious but sole survivors. PCs are now "owners" of the caravan. How much is the caravan's goods worth? How much can they sell at a particular location? For what price? Etc, etc.

You may want to check out FFG's Smuggler's Run for their Dragonstar line. It has a trading system that you may be able to adapt to what you want. It will take a little work to convert, as the system presumes a high-tech universe, but you may be able to get what you are looking for from it.

I want to see d20: The Roleplaying Game, where you are playing as teenagers who are playing characters in a medieval fantasy setting. (Anyone who has been reading PVP Online will know what I'm talking about.) :D

I wrote Urbis because few, if any of the existing D&D settings seemed to ask the following questions about the D&D rules:

- Why, given the availablilty of healing and plant magic, are societies still stuck with medieval population densities and feudal ruling systems?
- How would spells like raise dead affect societies and power structures?
- How would Spells of Mass Destruction like fireball change the rules of warfare? Fighting in close formations is a really bad idea when a single enemy wizard can take you out in one go...
- And just where do all those magic items come from?

I wanted to answer all these questions and more in a satisfying manner, and construct a believable world around them - a world true to the implications of the D&D rules, yet strange and exotic when compared to the more traditional D&D settings.

Oh, and I wanted to play with some really big cities, too... :D

The realm of "Space Cuthulu" is largely unexplored. Sure, there are products here and there, but not much.

I know of no paper product for the period of the American War of Independence. I know there is a website by a guy who did something along those lines, but there isn't much.

A book on the American Indian Nations circa 1500 would be interesting and I again, don't know of a product that covers the theology/mythology of that genre.

Along a similar vien, are there any good RPG books on the Austrailian Outback?

Finally, my game, d20 Llamaworld has yet to be optioned by any publishers. The fools.

Well, Undying Mars is supposed to come out some day, but it will probably be in time for the End Times. There also was a Pyramid article a while back that explored the theme a bit.

And ICE once published "Dark Space" (or something like that), an SF setting for Role/Spacemaster with some major Mythos themes...

Fading Suns has some major Mythos themes as well, come to think about it - the Annunaki and their artifacts can be pretty creepy.

GURPS Cthulhupunk might also have a few pointers in that direction, though you'd have to go ahead a few more decades in the future to do it justice.

(And I'm currently trying to write a Call of Cthulhu/Transhuman Space crossover article for Pyramid...)
