There are some 'restrictions' of some sort for certain online speech in Texas, but I don't think this has anything to do with them.Yes. My understanding was that Texas was considering restrictions on what residents can see on the internet. This may be a manifestation of that.
I think Amazon just doesn't trust you with the awesomeness that is DCC.the message is pretty stubborn for me. It shows up in different browsers when I am not logged in. But it only shows up on the paperback addition (which is on sale right now.) I have an AT&T fiber provided IP address so I don’t think it’s filtering me on being in Houston.
