What is the best system for zombie games?

D20 Modern and/or Grim Tales can certainly be the base for an excellent zombie game.

It's a boardgame not an RPG, but darn it's fun (and it comes with ONE HUNDRED plastic zombie figs)!

Even if you don't buy the game, make sure you pick up a Bag O' Zombies from them. 100 zombies for $9.99 ain't too shabby.

Zombies!!! is a wicked fun game when you just want to spend an evening blasting zombies with friends. It goes real well with your favourite beverage too. Oh, they also have a bag of 100 glow in the dark zombies for the same price as a regular 'Bag o' Zombies'.

I've alwasy wanted to try AFMBE but have never gotten around to it....

I actually haven't played it in years, but I do have it. AFMBE is probably better, from what I remember.

All Flesh Must Be Eaten, is written with the zombie genre in mind but in the time that we played it, I found the rules system a little clunky and difficult to get my head round.

Well, my group decided to use D20 modern, I found some rules for the "28 Days Later" style rage zombies on the internet, we might use them. I still think AFMBE sounds really cool, though. Next time I'm at the store I'll have to read it some more.
