So, you're getting the monk save bonuses and ittritive attacks, Wisdom to AC, 1/5 level to AC, all the other Monk abilities that come with level gain (minus the feats) and Divine Grace, Lay on Hands, and Aura of Courage?
You know, that sounds incredibly unbalancing to me. You can't trade abilities out on a one-for-one basis, they don't work that way. One doesn't equal another. That just doesn't make sense to me. For example, just by having a 14 Cha and Divine Grace is like having three feats! And it your Cha is higher, the ability just gets stronger.
But, Dex, Wis, and Cha are your must haves. Str and Con are important. And Int shouldn't be a main focus.
Personally, I'd go with:
Str: 12
Dex: 16
Con: 13
Wis: 16
Cha:14
