The Blue in the Expanded Psionics Handbook is listed as +0 Level Adjustment on p. 189, and +1 Level Adjustment on p. 190. Which is more likely to be correct?
In mechanical terms, the Blue PC is basically like a goblin PC, save that it gets +2 Int instead of +2 Dex, has favored class Psion instead of Rogue, and has +1 power point. The latter is the only "improvement" rather than "exchange" that I can see, and allows non-psionic Blues to take psionic feats, and psionic Blues to use one extra 1st level power/day. The "monster" Blue has the Wild Talent feat instead of the racial bonus of +1 power point. But I don't think that this would be an effective difference, since the Wild Talent feat give 2 power points (better than the PC racial bonus of 1 pp), yet this is where the +0 LA is listed.
So what do you think? I unfortunately find it a bit more powerful than the standard goblin, but not nearly as powerful as most +1 LA races, so am not sure how to categorize the Blue. +1/2?
