..that all psionics are unaffected by armor, including full plate and lead helmets...

That holy symbols can be sundered and are either silver or wooden and that clerics evidently have three hands (holy symbol, morningstar and shield quoted earlier)

That to hide any item on your person, you need a sleight of hand success

That there is no such thing as a Wand Holster or Potion Holster, yet we draw these items as a free action

I think you can take a full defence action even when not in meelee. Dodging arrows and such. "Dance, Knight! Yehaw!"

I think you can take a full defense action any time.

It is combat expertise that you must be in melee combat to use. At least that is how we've always played it (and probably will continue to regardless ;)).
