What is the thing you envy most about a game you don't play

Most people have a preferred game system but have experience with a lot of different games. What is the thing you envy most about a game other than your preferred system? In other words, ignore the rippling effect of changing a rule and imagine you could port one thing from any system into your game. What would it be?

I would like to use the results of this thread to construct a more formal poll and want a baseline to intelligently develop poll options. It would also be helpful if you could identify your preferred system and the system you'd poach. Thanks in advance.

I most envy the complexity of the GURPS combat system. I love their martial arts system. That's the one thing D&D has always been lacking is a well done martial arts system.

I love Shadowrun's handling of astral space and magic.

I hear an old edition of the Star Trek RPG has an interesting system for how to conduct starship combat while at different posts on a bridge. I've never seen the system, but it does sound very interesting.

The skill system of most non-D&D games. I really like the fact that everything, from combat ability to gambling, is a skill. D&D's lock-step "you must advance your combat abilities at this rate" sometimes annoys me.
