I really like Necromancer game modules. I voted for Rappan Athuk just because its one of the first 3rd edition modules I went through, and it was damn tough. It really kicked our asses and many times we were just looking at each other around the table asking "Is this really in the module?" We were so surprised at some of the encounters. Spoiler follows
Very deadly, memorable module.
I also liked Grey Citadel and Tomb of Abysthor alot. I am currently using ToA in my FR campaign. Necromancers games modules are very easy to use in any campaign setting. Well-written and very challenging. I can't speak highly enough about them. Definitely on the same level as the old memorable modules like Against the Giants and Tomb of Horrors. Heck, I hope they do some kind of giant war module. I bet they could make a real cool module with giants as the main antagonists.

The first time my bard/rogue picked up some gold pieces and curled over in pain because he was cursed, I couldn't believe it.
