Another vote for Iron Kingdoms. The next campaign I run is going to contain a heavy dose of Iron Kingdoms, although much darker and grittier of course.
And that's a bad thing? If a non-traditional fantasy setting feel like it's not D&D, it's done its job IMO.
Anything else ends up feeling like mutants and masterminds or final fantasy.
