Stripping the magic item Christmas tree down to it's core and re-building it with all the interdependences removed. Then outlining it in bright neon green. No more questions about how much taking out magic does to the game. +1 per 5 levels and an extra +1d6 to crits.

For a specific thing, I'm not sure what is the one I like the most. But, in general, I'm happy about all the stuff that makes DMing easier. I can't wait to start playing it to find out if it really is easier.

I though for ages it was going to be martial powers or the toning down of prepared casters, but it's actually rituals. I really like how they work.

I have to add: The speed and flow of combat.

I'm really hoping the game stays like that throughout the levels.

For me, I suspect the improvised action DC chart in the dmg. I really hope that brings creativity back.
