Favorite Titanspawn? Well...
The Jack of Tears and his Karnival Krewe (shouldn't that be the name of a band?) are cool, as are the Skeletal Hosts, Flailing Dreadnaughts and Howling Abombinations, but I'm surprised no-one has mentioned the Legion of One. How can you go wrong with a creature that has built-in minions? I threw one of these coupled with an abyssal lamprey at my tenth level party about eight months ago. Closest to a TPK I've ever gotten.

I could swear that wands only go up to 4th level spells.

when I first read these guys I SO wanted to have the party fight one. so how do you figure the CR multiple encounters or roll in all into 1?
either way its a party killer without a lot of area effect slells

True, killing them whole sale requires said wizard to be able to cast an area of effect spell JUST right both in terms of spotting it AND damage.
As for how I rate the CR on Ferals, I give them as a whole (the 15) CR 5. Each one kills adds +1 to that CR. So I figured after that, the one still standing probably rates a CR 20, considering all the damage that's been given and taken.

still . . . I REALLY cant wait to use these guys. The look on the players face when they get up after being smoked or one just keeps geting tougher is gonna be priceless. I was thinking that if you are able to say fireball the lot of them and kill them all the 14 rise followed by 13 etc. but I think this may be a bit too powerfull. If so then you DEFINATLY want to dust them ALL with 1 spell or they will get REALLY visious REALLY quickly.

Indeed, which is why I love ferals. So underrated but when you toss them at high level parties, they will find they might just be getting creamed.
Legion of one, on the other hand, it's best attribute is the fact there are so many and even killing them doesn't stop the legion itself. They just keep coming.
