I support this statement (though I do appriciate San & co.'s distinction). The vast majority of titanspawn are evilly aligned, the behaviors of the titans were almost invariably isomorphic to those of evil creatures.
My own reading (and I've seen some unofficial comments that support this on mortality a while back) is that there used to be no alignment on Scarn. Then the gods came along and begain to create a moral framework as a way to help mortals comphrehend them.
[I think of alignment as having been voluntary at this point in time though it could just as easily been subjective based on the orientation of the caster.]
When the gods won they cut the world up into pieces and enforced a static reality which included alignments. So Titanspawn, are stuck in a reality not of their own making where they are this thing "evil" that they think is an absurd concept. Or at least the ones who think about this kind of thing at all generally do.
I also don't think titans grant spells at all including druid spells. I'm aware this isn't a canon viewpoint but I think its the only way to link up the different druidic traditions implied in the Divine and the Defeated (plus it differentiates druids in a useful roleplaying way from clerics and easily explains why druids of thulkas are still casting spells that are representative of denev's philosophy/ethos).
Of course I also think that wizards are/were Mesos' druids during the previous epoch of his dominance....
