What is your favorite TITANSPAWN

I brought up alignment because, as a result of their spawns actions, the Titans (even Denev to some degree) are considered Evil.

I support this statement (though I do appriciate San & co.'s distinction). The vast majority of titanspawn are evilly aligned, the behaviors of the titans were almost invariably isomorphic to those of evil creatures.

My own reading (and I've seen some unofficial comments that support this on mortality a while back) is that there used to be no alignment on Scarn. Then the gods came along and begain to create a moral framework as a way to help mortals comphrehend them.
[I think of alignment as having been voluntary at this point in time though it could just as easily been subjective based on the orientation of the caster.]

When the gods won they cut the world up into pieces and enforced a static reality which included alignments. So Titanspawn, are stuck in a reality not of their own making where they are this thing "evil" that they think is an absurd concept. Or at least the ones who think about this kind of thing at all generally do.

I also don't think titans grant spells at all including druid spells. I'm aware this isn't a canon viewpoint but I think its the only way to link up the different druidic traditions implied in the Divine and the Defeated (plus it differentiates druids in a useful roleplaying way from clerics and easily explains why druids of thulkas are still casting spells that are representative of denev's philosophy/ethos).
Of course I also think that wizards are/were Mesos' druids during the previous epoch of his dominance....

Not yet, but I'm considering it. Most the undead they've encountered has either been made by Hollowfaust (such as Marrow Knights and their master work skeleton counterparts) or Ghouls. But I might later on.

I cant remember their name but those Rats, that produce anaesthetic saliva, are so creepy, I'll just have to use them next week :)

The illustration in the CC is also very disturbing!

tell me again . . .

. . . how was it exactly that you became THE sage of the SL.

seriously, I have found your input and I'm sure others have to. actually we seem to have several SL "sages" as you would probably have to include Duncan and Graf in that bunch.

I really liked what you did with the demi plane of mirrors. Now that I know it's not "part of Mithrael" (which I don't have basically because I had limited cash and wasn't gonna start the party off there) and I wont be doing any spoilers I just may have to use it. esp. since as I said earlier it was a "mirror mishap" that got them to the SL in the 1st place. and they are looking for a way home. Perhaps they will hear of one when they go to the phylactric vault.
I must remember to have my guy update the chronicle or by the time they find the clue they will have forgotten the 1st mirror.

everything that i have read says that magic in Scarn is fundementally differnt since the distruction of mesos. It makes a wierd kind of sence that it is all broken up between druids/mages and sorc's when you consider that the titan of magic was scattered to the winds and thaat the clerics recieve their spells directly from the gods thus circomventing the titans all togather. I think that prior to the titan war most arcane spellcasters were Druids and with the change in magic afterwards you saw a shift. some of the power of Mesos was obsorber into living creatures slightly tainting their blood and makind sorcery possible. (book mages were almost unheard of early on and it was a type of magic Mesos wasn't really prepaired for since his power lie within himself. thats just my opinion. ;)

Hey that's funny, isn't that what you missed you save vs. disintergrate by? :D

Graf and Duncan are "sages in training" ;) But I became the sage after I got a rep as knowing a LOT of the small details about the Scarred Lands. Plus my evangalist status helps. ;)
