So far it looks like about 3/4 of us ENWorlders are playing in games which are 13th level or below. That seems to equate to playing up till 9th level in a 20 level system. Now I wonder how much of this is preference driven by a lack of support for higher levels?
That and the time it takes to get to Epic. The Epic game I'm in /started/ at Epic, because the DM wanted to get some experience with it ahead of her long-running campaign reaching those levels (it's currently 15th). A /really/ good Epic module would be well-received, I think. Good in the sense of solid and playable and really showcasing the feel of Epic, more than inspired and extra-special-creative/different kinda good, if that makes any sense. Now I wonder how much of this is preference driven by a lack of support for higher levels?
