What percent of your 4e parties have an Expertise feat?

What percent of the PCs in the 4e parties you've played with have an Expertise feat from PHB2? I'm only interested in data from parties that see actual play at the table.

100%, but our house rule is to just give the feats to everyone for free.

(And even with the feat, my Barbarian still misses 75% of the time!)

1/5 for me, but that player may end up retraining it into a feat from arcane power since the party just leveled up.
To hits are not a big deal yet, (party has been playing from levels 1 to 3 so far)

Zero as far as I know.

We will either have to kill off an existing character, or get a new player.
