I voted 81-99%. That refers to the last year and a half. It would have been 100% but I have managed to have a break for a few sessions and play while another player DM's for a bit. Prior to that I would say that the percentage would have been close to about 5-10%.
Personally I'm not that surprised that the percentages are so high. DM's tend to be the people that are more into the game. That's why they run the games. DM'ing is a lot more work so generally only those people that are really into the gaming will be the DM. Unsurprisingly, people that are more into gaming are also more likely to post on a D&D internet messageboard.
