Most of the 3.0 + values got changed to flat numbers in 3.5....
If you are looking for a house ruling. I would think that both ease and nimbleness should have flat values. NEP could go either way depending on how powerful it is. I personally would value it like the ring.

it was for the ring. 72000gp... since it is a ring that means it is 36000 for armor... which could translate into a +6 bonus i guess.

so that would make the total a +10 armor if it had constant negative energy protection.
edit: total would be: 1100 + 100000 + 3750 + 3750 = 108600gp i guess.

Funny thing is that the ring is constant.
