What protections would my evil horde have?

I think the Goristro needs bracers of immunity from dismissal/banishment.

The other demons (including any Vrocks) can be killed with a single spell, but he's the UBER.

Also, remember that multiple vrocks have "dance of ruin" which may be something to utilize (players have to disrupt it) or avoid (imbalances the feel you're going for).

One other thing. I think the other poster was saying that there are too many TYPES of monsters, rather than too numerous.. I disagree, though. Marrashi fit as the perfect half gnoll/half demon. Beyond that, it's just a spellweaver, a blackguard and their likely servants (demons and undead are perfect).

Thanks - the goristro was summoned with the artifact the blackguard has, and the artifact grants it a bonus against any sort of banishment or dismissal.

I had mentioned to the PCs that the Duke said they tried to send a strike force via teleport to at least Banish the demon, but it failed miserably. I should have the one survivor recount the event to them, "it was like they were waiting for us..." (anticipate teleport), and the cleric with readied banishment spell had cast it to no effect before being pummeled to death by the goristro immediately after.

They better be ready to dismiss all those demons. As already mentioned, anticipate teleportation is brutal (especially the greater variety).

Also, there is the psionic "divert teleport" as well. Just imagine if they go in for their quick strike and go to teleport out, and find themselves 200 feet in the air, right above where they just left?

Thanks for the replies - some good stuff so far. Hopefully, a few setbacks on the way there will dissuade the PCs from a suicide mission. Though, one guy did mention Fly, Invisibility & Silence as a way to get into the camp... of course, if something goes awry while flying & invisible & silent, each party member would have to make their own decision as to whether to continue on or not.

Well Spell Compendium is your best option. Probably is in complete arcane. It creates a wall or dome that dispels everything that passes through.

Hmmm... a 15th level druid or a 15th level cleric with the air domain should be able to wipe out most of that horde with control winds by unleashing massive tornadoes. So it's fair to say that some way of nullifying the druid or cleric is important (assuming one is on the side of the PCs).
