What should be the most appropriate creature for Ring Wraith minis?

I have just finished five LotR Ring Wraith minis (from GW). As they look good, I want to use them in DnD 3e game. But which critter should be the best for those minis?
At first, I thought about Wraith. But they do not use swords (minis have swords). Then I thought about Sword Wraith. But according to WotC description, they are not incorporeal and have semi-transparent flesh. Night Walker? They are too big.

Any idea?

Wraiths can use swords, it just has no effect (same with ghosts). The problem is that Ring Wraiths were not incorporeal but were, probably, invisible.

What is a "Sword Wraith"?

They were invisible without their equipment. It's illustrated when Frodo took on the ring and got to see the faces of the ring wraiths, which were otherwise invisible.

Aside from deserving a unique background? I'd say the wraith, but give them special Ghost Touch swords that they can wield. Oh, and advance them, alot.

The Swordwraith looks pretty sweet. The SJG Cardboard Heroes set includes some "wights" with swords and armour and I'd been wondering what to do with these.

What does "cannot heal damage if there is no Intelligence score" mean, though?
