If you were going to pick one "type" of thing to be expanded significantly by a new WotC products, what would you most like to see addressed? In other words, what needs the most additional options added to the game right now?

Edit: I misclicked the option to share results, but will update them here occasionally. My bad.

New Feats 22. 29.33%
New Magic Items 17. 22.67%
New Monsters 11. 14.67%
New Classes 16. 21.33%
New Spells 6. 8.00%
New Races 3. 4.00%

I want more dungeon rooms. Not a dungeon, but like just a bunch of separate, independent rooms with a variety of features and fascinating, inspiring descriptions.

Like a Monster Manual, but for rooms.

Build depth.

That is, not a new subclass. That's breadth - it can't be used with an existing character, only when you build a new one.

I want depth. Options and subsystems that add complexity to the build for all characters.

As a DM, I’d go with magic items. While this edition, especially AL play, is designed with them as much less integral to the game, they’re just plain fun to give out. I picked up Arancis – Forged in Magic. It’s a third party book of magic items for D&D, but I’d like to see something official.

If I had to pick a second choice, I’d go with new monsters. And when I say new, I mean completely new ones. Sure, it’s nice to see old favorites come back, but I’d love to see the current D&D design team unleash their creativity on a set we’ve never seen before.

Of the choices presented I chose Magic Items, it's the only option I'd have any interest in. I vehemently do NOT want any more official classes, races, feats, etc, it has already gone way beyond a point I care for, and now I actively have to limit player choices to ensure the game remains within the realms in which I am comfortable.

I'd prefer to see a better choice of settings as I'm somewhat tired of the default Realms' high fantasy. Give me classic Greyhawk...

Can you provide an example? DO you mean like more specific underwater combat rules? Or do you mean new mechanics on new monsters?

My answer is always more monsters.

Specifically collect every monster that appears in a module & republish it in a single book.
I see that they did (some) of this with Mordenkainans (sp?) - but they left out Tiamat....
Guess what Wizards? I'm still not going to go buy RoT just to get a 2 page stat block. Now were she included in a book with a whole bunch of other monsters....
